Bali Professional Photographer Day Tour
The Tour Begins – 08:00 AM Departure from Kuta
At 8 AM, our photographer and guide Udin arrived promptly at our hotel in Kuta to pick us up. This professional photographer not only took our photos but also served as our guide and driver, making the entire trip more convenient and personalized.
As we drove away from Kuta, we began our journey to Ubud. The scenery gradually shifted from coastal cityscapes to lush rural landscapes, heightening our excitement for the upcoming itinerary.
First Stop: Ubud Monkey Forest Sanctuary
Upon arriving at the Ubud Monkey Forest, our photographer purchased our entrance tickets, which were included in the package. Stepping into this sacred forest, we were immediately awestruck by the dense jungle and ancient stone carvings.

Here, the playful monkeys became the perfect supporting actors in our photos. The photographer skillfully used professional cameras to capture precious moments of our interactions with them. The ancient temple structures, surrounded by greenery, felt especially mystical, with every angle offering a perfect backdrop. We spent nearly an hour here.
Second Stop: Tegallalang Rice Terraces
Leaving the Monkey Forest, we headed to the famous Tegallalang Rice Terraces. The photographer handled the entrance tickets again, allowing us to enjoy this green wonder worry-free.
Standing on the viewing platform, the layered rice paddies stretched like green steps to the horizon, leaving us in awe. The photographer used a drone to capture the terraces’ grandeur from various heights and angles. We also strolled through the paddies, letting the photographer capture our natural expressions as we immersed ourselves in this scenic beauty.
Lunchtime
Near the Tegallalang Rice Terraces, we chose a local restaurant for lunch. While the meal was at our own expense, savoring Balinese dishes of our choice while overlooking the terraces made it especially meaningful. The photographer also took this chance to show us a preview of the shots we had taken so far.
Stop 3: Tibumana Waterfall
After lunch, we headed to the final stop of the day—Tibumana Waterfall.
It’s a bit of a distance from Ubud, but that’s exactly why you can enjoy a serene, crowd-free experience. We dozed off in the car and soon arrived at the parking lot. Our tour included all entrance fees, so we just followed Udin. Walking along a path through the lush tropical rainforest, the sound of the waterfall grew clearer. Tibumana Waterfall cascaded down like silver threads, splashing into the emerald pool below.
Here, the photographer made full use of the drone, capturing the waterfall’s full view from above while also using a camera to document our various poses in front of it. The clear water reflected our joyful smiles, and every photo brimmed with vibrant energy.

Return Journey - 3:00 PM Back to Kuta
At 3 PM, we began our journey back to Kuta. In the car, the photographer shared amusing stories from his shoots: ‘Last week, a couple was proposing at the waterfall, and a monkey almost snatched the ring…’
Throughout the trip, the photographer not only professionally captured every precious moment but also explained the history and cultural background of each spot in fluent English, turning the journey into more than just sightseeing—it was a deep cultural experience.
