Here are some tips for filling out the e-CD form:

  1. Go to https://allindonesia.imigrasi.go.id/
  2. You can fill out the e-CD form in advance, or complete it online upon arrival at the Indonesia/Bali airport
  3. Fill out the e-CD form within a maximum of 3 days before entry
  4. You’ll receive a QR Code; save it on your phone (preferably a screenshot) or print it out
  5. If you’re traveling as a family, you can fill out one form for the whole family
  6. Filling out the e-CD form is mandatory for both Indonesian citizens and foreigners
  7. Can’t find ‘Taiwan’ in the country list? Select ‘Others’ and enter ‘Taiwan’
