💡 Travel Tips: How to Deal with Rising Prices?

  1. Digital payments made easier: Most popular attractions (such as the Sacred Monkey Forest) now fully support Visa/MasterCard credit cards and QRIS mobile payments. It’s recommended to carry a credit card with good overseas rewards to avoid carrying large amounts of cash.
  2. Avoid weekend crowds: Although ticket prices have increased, the experience shouldn’t be compromised. It’s best to visit the Sacred Monkey Forest right at opening time, 9:00 AM, to avoid the afternoon tour groups and enjoy better photo opportunities.
  3. Budget planning: With the Bali Travel Fee set to take effect from 2026, it’s advisable to allocate an additional 15%-20% for transportation and ticket costs when planning your budget, ensuring a more comfortable trip!
