Upon arriving in Bali, we headed straight to this stunning accommodation in Seminyak—The Citta Luxury Residence by Anapana. The space is incredibly spacious, with clean and bright interiors that are well-lit. The pool area is surrounded by beautiful frangipani trees, making it feel like paradise.

How can you visit Bali without staying in a villa like this? The staff were very attentive and provided excellent service, making us feel right at home. The sliding glass doors in the room open directly to the pool, which was a real treat.
After dining out for dinner, we returned to the villa to find that the staff had thoughtfully lit mosquito coils for us, ensuring a peaceful night’s sleep. This is truly a place that makes you want to linger, and I would definitely return❤️.

WAHAHA Pork Ribs
WAHAHA is a well-known grilled ribs restaurant in Bali. While the sauce pairing isn’t particularly stunning, the meat is incredibly tender. Due to the climate, the flavor tends to be on the salty side. It’s worth trying, but eating too much might leave you feeling puffy the next day 😂.

Finns Beach Club
Finns Beach Club is located in Canggu, one of Bali’s most fashionable areas. This spot is filled with pools, beaches, and bars, offering a variety of music, dining, and culinary delights. You can run, lounge around all day, and enjoy the sight of muscular guys and bikini-clad beauties—truly a great place.
However, I initially thought (ahem) I’d see something different, but instead, I encountered a bunch of uncles trying to pick up girls, and some ladies wearing bikinis with barely any fabric or lips fuller than Kim Kardashian’s, swaying around. I ended up sitting by the beach, sipping on a cold beer, nibbling on some snacks, and calling it a day (I’m getting old 🚬).
Pura Tanah Lot Temple

The rock path connecting to the mainland at Pura Tanah Lot Temple only appears during low tide. The cave beneath the temple’s rock is said to be the dwelling place of the temple’s guardian—the sea serpent. The sunset terrace next to the temple is an excellent spot to watch the sunset.
The weather was perfect that day, and we were fortunate enough to walk to Pura Tanah Lot after the tide receded, strolling while admiring the breathtaking sunset. The scenery here is stunning no matter how you capture it, making it truly worth visiting multiple times.
The Tukad Villa
Located in Seminyak, The Tukad Villa is a thoughtful and stunningly beautiful villa. They took special care to note my birthday celebration request in advance and prepared a delightful surprise that perfectly matched my taste.
Upon entering, you’re greeted by an incredibly beautiful private pool. The room is clean and comfortable, making it feel like a super chill little home. Every staff member is exceptionally friendly, from the welcome to breakfast and all the details in between, offering service that rivals five-star hotels.
It’s truly an amazing place where you’ll want to stay forever.

Odysseys Surf School
Surfing was definitely the wildest but most rewarding experience of this trip. I took a two-hour course at Odysseys Surf School, with a patient instructor guiding me throughout.

For beginners, it’s easy to get the hang of it. The shop thoughtfully provides surfboards, leg ropes, and wetsuits. The changing rooms are spacious and clean, offering lockers, showers, and fresh towels, ensuring that women have nothing to worry about.
Most importantly, their photos are absolutely divine, stunning, and beautiful - no need to worry about not having keepsakes. This school truly takes care of all the concerns girls might have, and I highly recommend it 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻.
During the lessons, the most frequent instructions I heard were:
- 🤦🏽♂️ Don’t keep looking down at the sea, look ahead!
- 🤦🏽♂️ Go go go go, stand up now!
- 🤦🏽♂️ Paddle hard!
Every time I stood up, I could feel the coach putting in full effort to assist from behind. All this hard work finally paid off. Although I ended up covered in bruises and my skin got super dark, this surfing experience was absolutely beyond 💯.

Ku De Ta Bali
Ku De Ta Bali ranks among Bali’s most beautiful and chill beachfront bars. It’s super spacious, located right by the sea, allowing you to enjoy drinks and food while feeling the ocean breeze and listening to the waves - truly a life’s greatest pleasure.
Featuring indoor, outdoor, and beachfront areas, it offers dinner, snacks, and various drinks that rival five-star hotels. Ku De Ta is situated in a vibrant area filled with restaurants, bars, clubs, and shopping spots. After tiring yourself out from shopping, you can chill here with a drink.
Although the prices are slightly higher than other places, it’s absolutely worth it. Visitors to Bali must come here to experience its unique charm.

Uluwatu Temple

Uluwatu Temple, also known as Pura Luhur Uluwatu, is a place I visited a few years ago. Returning this year, I was once again struck by its grandeur and beauty.
Perched on a cliff overlooking the vast Indian Ocean, the temple offers breathtaking views even during the day, though I didn’t come specifically for the sunset. Our guide led us on a thorough tour, capturing photos from every angle.
Aside from some mischievous monkeys nearly snatching my sunglasses, everything about this place was simply stunning. This visit to Uluwatu Temple deepened my appreciation for this ancient and sacred site.

Karma Jimbaran
Karma Jimbaran, Jimbaran Beach Villas By Nakula, was undoubtedly the most luxurious and relaxing villa I stayed in during this trip. This standalone villa features a private pool, three bedrooms, and a spacious living room.
Upon arrival, we were greeted with chilled welcome drinks. Each morning, a private butler prepared breakfast, and in the evenings, we enjoyed in-room massage services. It was truly a place where you never wanted to leave.
My stay at Karma Jimbaran left an indelible impression on me.

Jimbaran Beach Sunset
The most unforgettable experience was watching the sunset at Jimbaran Beach. Just a five-minute walk from the villa, it was incredibly convenient. We strolled along the waves while admiring the breathtaking sunset, its golden hues reflecting on the water, making it impossible not to take photos.

Amidst this beautiful scenery, I must once again praise my guide. He carried my bag, took side shots, and even worried that my boyfriend might dirty his pants, offering his own flip-flops for him to sit on. His dedication moved me to tears, and every photo turned out stunning.
Sundara by Four Seasons
The dinner at Sundara by Four Seasons was an experience. From the moment you enter through its grand entrance, you can immediately sense the high-end atmosphere. Located by the sea with excellent views and live band performances, the ambiance, service, environment, and attention to detail were all 💯.
However, I must apologize, as the food was disappointingly bad and unworthy of any rating. It’s a place where you’d want to stay and enjoy the romantic sea view, but unfortunately, we left after just an hour. Chef, please improve! Despite the high price, the food quality was truly disappointing.
Throughout the entire dinner, the most memorable part was the bread and butter, which were barely edible. It was truly regrettable.
Cuca

Cuca was my last meal before leaving Bali. I heard it was a restaurant recommended by Nicholas Tse, and every dish was stunning. What impressed me the most was probably their pearl oysters. The service was impeccable, the food was delicious, and the drinks were very creative.
If you enjoy light meals and don’t mind a no-menu dining experience, Cuca is definitely a place to consider.
