Bali, hailed as a paradise vacation destination, attracts countless visitors. However, with the development of tourism, airport congestion has increased accordingly. Many travelers often worry about long waits after arriving at the airport. Yet on 2024/02/02, our group friend “DC” had a different experience - he successfully exited Bali Airport within 25 minutes of landing!

In fact, group member DC didn’t have any special privileges or pay extra money. He simply chose to apply for an e-Visa and e-Customs declaration in advance. These two procedures allowed DC to avoid queues and tedious immigration paperwork, saving valuable time.
First, DC applied for the e-Visa online before his trip. The process was very simple - just filling in some basic personal information and travel details, then paying the application fee. The entire process took just a few minutes, and the visa documents were immediately sent to the applicant’s email.
This way, travelers with e-Visas don’t need to spend time queuing at immigration for stamps - they can directly pass through the “automated immigration gates”.
Secondly, DC also completed the e-Customs declaration in advance. This step is also done online, requiring only some travel-related information such as flight number, arrival time, and whether prohibited items are being carried.
When DC arrived at Bali Airport, he immediately noticed the many new automated immigration gate channels. Following the instructions quickly, he used his e-Visa to pass through the automated gates. Almost no time was wasted - DC smoothly passed through immigration, while those without e-Visas had to patiently queue for manual passport checks and stamping!

Apply in advance - fast and convenient!
The most important thing throughout the process is advance preparation and utilizing technology. The e-Visa and e-Customs declaration simplify immigration procedures, making the entire process more efficient. For travelers looking to save time, this is definitely a recommended method.
