"All Indonesia" System Launches Trial Run, Upgrading Entry Procedures

What is All Indonesia? A New Concept in One-Stop Entry Systems

On July 24, 2025, the Indonesian government officially launched a trial of the “All Indonesia” system at Jakarta’s Soekarno-Hatta International Airport. This system is an integrated digital customs platform that enables incoming travelers to complete customs declarations, health declarations, and other procedures in advance.

The system is available in Indonesian/English/Simplified Chinese

Previously, these processes required filling out separate forms, often leading to repetitive tasks and time-consuming issues for travelers. All Indonesia consolidates these processes into a single platform, allowing pre-filling up to three days before arrival, with an average completion time of just 2.5 minutes.

Streamlining Processes, Boosting Efficiency, Driving Tourism and Investment

According to Minister of Infrastructure and Regional Development Coordination Agus Harimurti Yudhoyono (commonly known as AHY), this system not only simplifies entry but also attracts more international tourists and foreign investment.

“We aim to provide a highly efficient entry experience that meets international standards while maintaining Indonesia’s national security,” he emphasized during the press conference.

Additionally, the government encourages public participation during the testing phase, using feedback to continuously optimize the system, with plans for a series of educational and promotional activities before nationwide implementation.

Information Security and High Traffic Handling Become Core Focus

Regarding security, Minister of Immigration and Corrections Agus Andrianto stated that All Indonesia has undergone penetration testing and stress testing by ITSA BSSN and external agencies.

The system utilizes Sclron technology to prevent data duplication, while also preparing backup systems and expanding Indonesian data center capacity to meet future high-volume traveler demands.

Current Pilot Participants and Future Application Scope

Currently, the system is only available to Indonesian citizens (WNI) traveling on international flights, with Garuda Indonesia as the pilot airline.

As notified by Indonesian government departments, Indonesia will open its borders to international tourists in Jakarta and Bali starting August 18, using the new entry declaration platform [All Indonesia].

All passengers are kindly requested to complete their online declaration before boarding and save/screenshot the completed declaration QR CODE on their phones to ensure a smoother entry process. Thank you for your cooperation:

In the future, entering Indonesia will be simplified to one platform for all applications and declarations; after the implementation of [All Indonesia], there will be no need to separately declare on ECD/SSHP websites. Entry to Bali will be simplified from the original four steps to three.
