【2026 Edition】Bali, Indonesia Entry Using the 'All Indonesia' Arrival Card|1-Minute Guide to the Latest Process: From Landing to Customs to Baggage Claim

📢 Important Update! Starting August 18, 2025, Indonesia Fully Implements the ‘All Indonesia’ Arrival Card Declaration System

From this date forward, no more separate forms for Customs Declaration (e-CD) and Health Declaration (SSHP). Both processes are now integrated into the All Indonesia Platform (abbreviated as ‘AIAC’, All Indonesia Arrival Card), significantly simplifying entry procedures!

1️⃣ Disembarking

  • Follow the airport’s ‘Arrival’ signs to the immigration hall.

2️⃣ Processing Visa on Arrival (VoA)

  • If you haven’t applied for an eVisa in advance, you’ll need to queue at the ‘Visa on Arrival’ counter to pay the fee (2025 fee: 500,000 IDR, approximately USD$32).
  • Those holding an eVisa/eVoA can skip this step.

3️⃣ Immigration Check (Passport Stamping)

  • Queue Counter: Those with a Visa on Arrival need to queue for inspection.
  • E-Gate: Those who have applied/paid for an eVisa in advance can skip the manual stamping queue and use the ‘Automatic E-Gate’.

4️⃣ Collect Your Luggage

  • After passing through immigration/automatic e-gate, proceed to the baggage carousel according to your flight number to collect your luggage.
  • 💡 Tip: Luggage can be slow, so it’s recommended to attach a distinctive luggage tag to prevent mix-ups.

5️⃣ Health Declaration (Integrated into AIAC)

  • No need to fill out the old SSHP health declaration! The new system already includes the health declaration, just present your QR Code for scanning.

6️⃣ Customs Check (Integrated into AIAC)

After collecting your luggage, proceed through the customs checkpoint.

  • Present the AIAC QR Code directly.
  • Prohibited items: Meat, fruits, excess foreign currency (>100 million IDR), etc. Violators will face heavy fines.

7️⃣ Pay Bali Tourism Tax

  • Cost: 150,000 IDR per person (approx. USD$10).
