Indonesia Electronic Customs Declaration (e-CD) Guide

What is e-CD?

The Indonesia Electronic Customs Declaration (e-CD) is an online customs form that all travelers to Indonesia must fill out. You can access the electronic form online and input the required information. Once you complete the e-CD, you will receive an email containing the completed form and a QR Code. You must actively present the QR Code on your phone or a printed copy for scanning at the final checkpoint, ‘Customs Declaration,’ before exiting the airport.

Details of the e-CD form include: You must provide up-to-date information about your identity, travel plans, and passport data. Your passport must have at least 6 months of validity from the date of entry into Indonesia. You also need to declare the items you are bringing into Indonesia, as some items are prohibited under any circumstances.

Here are some tips for filling out the e-CD form:

1. Visit https://allindonesia.imigrasi.go.id/
2. You can fill out the e-CD form in advance or complete it online upon arrival at Indonesia/Bali Airport
3. Complete the e-CD form no more than 3 days before your arrival
4. You will receive a QR Code—save it on your phone (preferably as a screenshot) or print it out
5. If traveling as a family, you can fill out one form that includes all family members
6. Completing the e-CD form is mandatory for both Indonesian citizens and foreigners
7. If ‘Taiwan’ is not listed under countries, select ‘Others’ and manually enter ‘Taiwan’
