According to the latest aviation regulations: Effective June 9, 2023, based on SE Task Force COVID-19 No. 1 of 2023: Proof of COVID-19 vaccination or any COVID-19 test results are no longer required for entry into Indonesia or Bali.
Categories of International Travelers Allowed to Enter Indonesia
Holders of B211 Tourist Visa on Arrival:
Tourist destinations offering Visa on Arrival services. Effective June 1, 2022, travelers from South Africa, the United States, Saudi Arabia, Argentina, Australia, Austria, the Netherlands, Belgium, Brazil, Brunei Darussalam, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, the Philippines, Finland, Hong Kong, Hungary, India, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Germany, Cambodia, Canada, South Korea, Croatia, Laos, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta, Mexico, Myanmar, Norway, France, Poland, Portugal, Qatar, Romania, New Zealand, Seychelles, Singapore, Cyprus, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, Timor-Leste, China, Tunisia, Turkey, the United Arab Emirates, Vietnam, Greece, Bahrain, Belarus, Bosnia, Kuwait, Egypt, Morocco, Oman, Peru, Russia, Serbia, Ukraine, and Jordan. International tourists from the above countries can obtain a tourist visa on arrival.
Non-Tourist Visas Allowed:
- Holders of residence permits or diplomatic visas and holders of residence permits or official visas
- Holders of Limited Stay Permit Cards (KITAS) and Permanent Stay Permit Cards (KITAP)
- Travelers from certain countries and destinations under the Travel Corridor Arrangement (TCA) with Indonesia.
Now, entering Indonesia or Bali no longer requires vaccine proof! Those who haven’t been vaccinated can also come for vacation with peace of mind, and there’s no need to download any health tracking apps anymore. What a relief!
