This was my first stay at this hotel, and I joined their morning yoga session with friends. We took a shuttle to an outdoor yoga venue overlooking vast grasslands. The gentle morning breeze and the sound of birds made the experience incredibly relaxing. The session wasn’t difficult, focusing on basic poses, perfect for starting the day.
The instructor’s English was easy to understand, making it accessible for participants from different countries. Since the venue has limited space, it’s advisable to arrive on time. The entire experience was deeply connected with nature, feeling particularly therapeutic. The instructor was very friendly and even offered to take photos after the session. Luckily, the sky was clear, and the scenery was perfect! If you want to start your day in a relaxing yet energizing way, I highly recommend this morning yoga session.
From the moment you step into the hotel, you’ll feel like royalty! The staff helped with our luggage, and the check-in process was quick and smooth. The cleanliness of the room was impressive—the tables and glass were spotless, the bathroom was spacious and bright, and the bed linens were immaculate.
The breakfast buffet was incredibly rich and delicious, with every dish leaving a lasting impression. Check-out was equally convenient and efficient, with no delays. The pool was spacious, and even during the Christmas period, I could swim freely like a professional without encountering other guests. There were no complaints about this stay; we enjoyed every moment and can’t wait to return!
We chose a seven-day stay in early November during the low season, allowing the entire resort to maintain a peaceful and serene atmosphere. Even as more guests arrived later, it remained incredibly comfortable, offering ample personal space whether during breakfast or around the pool.
Breakfast was the highlight of the day! The restaurant offered a rich variety of international cuisines, including Balinese, Indian, Chinese, Japanese, and Western dishes. The dessert section was a must-visit, featuring an array of pastries and freshly made ice cream. Our kids even happily had ice cream for breakfast every day!
Dining experiences at other restaurants like Table 8 (Chinese) and Edogin (Japanese) were also highly satisfying, with reasonable prices and excellent quality. However, our favorite was Soleil, where the wood-fired pizzas and Southeast Asian dishes delighted us, rivaling the best meals we’ve had in Thailand and Vietnam.
In terms of facilities, the resort’s gym was equipped with state-of-the-art equipment but remained largely unused, making it perfect for travelers seeking a quiet workout. The multiple pools offered different styles, with the Ocean Pool being the most popular.
Finally, the cost was very satisfying. Dining for three cost around AUD$100 per day, which is incredibly reasonable for a high-end resort. Compared to other luxury hotels, Mulia Resort’s service, quality, and value were truly impressive.
This was our first time in Bali, and Mulia Resort provided the perfect starting point. From the food to the facilities, from the service to the ambiance, every day was incredibly relaxing and enjoyable. We will definitely return and highly recommend it to anyone seeking luxury and tranquility!
