There are plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby: Single Fin Bali is famous for its sunset views across Bali, Ulu Garden serves excellent Indonesian cuisine, and Suka Espresso is perfect for a morning coffee. Surfing lessons are also available within walking distance. Overall, the area is lively, but the hotel itself feels like a secluded cliffside paradise.

As you descend the 200-plus stone steps from the parking lot, you might question your life choices—but when the entire Indian Ocean unfolds before you, all complaints will likely vanish.
