One-minute guide: From deplaning to exiting the airport

After arriving in Indonesia or Bali, follow these steps in order to quickly start enjoying your vacation:
- Deplane
When you arrive at Bali Airport, follow the signs and get off the plane. - Apply for/Pay Visa on Arrival
If you haven’t applied for an e-Visa in advance, your first stop is the Visa on Arrival (VoA) counter at the airport to queue for a visa on arrival.

To prevent the spread of infectious diseases such as monkeypox and human metapneumovirus, travelers must complete the “Health Declaration (SSHP).”

At the immigration counter, wait in line for your passport and visa documents to be inspected. Ensure your passport and visa documents are complete. - Automated Clearance Service
If you hold an e-Visa, skip step 4 and proceed directly to the “Automated Gate” at Jakarta International Airport and Bali International Airport.

After completing immigration inspection/automated clearance, proceed to the baggage claim area to collect your luggage. - Customs Baggage Check
The final step is passing through customs. Please fill out the e-Customs Declaration (e-CD) in advance and present it to customs officers. Be sure to follow regulations and do not bring prohibited items such as fruits, plants, or excess foreign currency.
