After arriving in Indonesia or Bali, follow these steps to quickly enjoy your vacation:
- Disembark
When you arrive at Bali Airport, follow instructions to disembark. - Apply/Pay for Visa on Arrival
If you haven’t applied for an electronic visa in advance, your first stop should be the Visa on Arrival (VoA) counter at the airport.

To prevent the spread of infectious diseases like monkeypox and pneumonia, travelers must complete the “Health Declaration (SSHP)”.

At the immigration counter, you’ll need to queue for passport and visa verification. Ensure your passport and visa documents are ready. - Electronic Immigration Service
If you have an electronic visa, skip step 4 and use the “Automatic Immigration Gates” available at Jakarta International Airport and Bali International Airport.

After completing immigration/automatic immigration, proceed to the baggage claim area to collect your luggage. - Customs Inspection
The final checkpoint is customs inspection. Complete the electronic customs declaration (e-CD) in advance and present it to customs officers. Be sure to follow regulations and avoid bringing prohibited items like fruits, plants, or excess foreign currency.
