From the airport welcome to every staff member we encountered, their level of service was truly awe-inspiring. Most memorable was our butler, Tu Adi, whose thoughtfulness and professionalism were impeccable—we’ve never experienced such meticulous service in all our travels. Other butlers like Adi and Manzo (hope I got the names right!) also performed brilliantly. The gentlemen and ladies at the concierge showed unparalleled expertise.

The staff by the main pool were also very friendly, though the food and beverage service fell a bit short with longer wait times. The resort grounds were spotless, and the lagoon pool offered one of the most stunning views we’ve ever seen. The villas were spacious and comfortable, though some features like the kitchen and windows could use a refresh.

Dining was satisfying, with a rich breakfast selection. While the buffet could be improved, the à la carte options—like the cuisine at Kayuputi restaurant and the cocktails at the bar—were flawless.

As our stay went on, we fell more and more in love with this place. Between the delicious food and the attentive service, it was hard to leave. Thank you to the hotel for the Titanium upgrade to a two-bedroom villa—we will definitely be back!

This trip started with my husband’s hilarious booking mistake—he mistook USD$4,000 for NT$4,000 (about USD$129), which ended up giving us a king-like vacation. We couldn’t stop laughing! 🤣 This experience was hands-down the most luxurious holiday of our lives.

Our child thought the hotel lobby was our ‘living room’ (it was huge!), and he had a blast with his own private pool. The room had seven TVs, a fully equipped mini-kitchen, and even butler service—absolutely mind-blowing! 🥰
