From the airport pickup to every staff member we encountered, their level of service was breathtaking. Most impressive was our butler, Tu Adi, whose thoughtfulness and professionalism were impeccable—we’ve never experienced such meticulous service in all our travels. Other butlers like Adi and Manzo (hope I got the names right!) also performed brilliantly. The concierge team, both gentlemen and ladies, showed unparalleled expertise.
The staff by the main pool were also very friendly, though the food and beverage service fell a bit short with long wait times. The resort grounds were spotless, and the lagoon pool is one of the most beautiful sights we’ve ever seen. The villas are spacious and comfortable, though some facilities like the kitchen and windows could use a refresh.
Dining was satisfying, with a rich breakfast selection. While the buffet could be improved, the à la carte options—like the cuisine at Kayuputi restaurant and the cocktails at the bar—were impeccable.
As our stay went on, we fell more and more in love with this place. The food and attentive service made it hard to leave. Thanks to the Titanium upgrade to a two-bedroom villa, we’ll definitely be back!
