In the highly competitive resort area, The St. Regis Bali Resort stands out with its exceptional service. From airport reception to every staff member we interacted with, their level of service was astonishing. What impressed us most was our butler, Tu Adi, whose thoughtfulness and professionalism were impeccable. We have never encountered such meticulous service in our travels. Other butlers like Adi and Manzo (hope we got the names right!) also performed exceptionally well. The concierge team, both gentlemen and ladies, demonstrated unparalleled professionalism.
The staff by the main pool were very friendly, but the dining service fell slightly short, with longer waiting times. The resort grounds were spotless, and the lagoon pool was one of the most beautiful sights we’ve ever seen. The villas were spacious and comfortable, though some facilities like the kitchen and windows needed updating.
The dining experience was satisfying, with a rich variety of breakfast options. While the buffet could be improved, the à la carte choices, such as the exquisite dishes at Kayuputi Restaurant and the cocktails at the bar, were flawless.
As our stay progressed, we fell more in love with the place. Whether it was the delicious food or the attentive service, everything made us reluctant to leave. Thanks to the hotel for upgrading us to a two-bedroom villa as Titanium members—we will definitely return!
The start of this trip was a hilarious mix-up by my husband, who mistook USD$4,000 for NT$4,000 when booking. This ‘mistake’ led us to a kingly vacation, leaving us both amused and amazed 🤣! This experience was undoubtedly the most luxurious holiday of our lives.
