There is also no entrance fee for FINNS VIP Beach Club.

Special events (such as New Year’s Eve parties or anniversary celebrations) require ticket purchases, and ticket fees cannot be used to offset visitors’ food and beverage expenses.

Yes! Once visitors pay the reservation fee, all costs will be credited against their purchases at FINNS Beach Club or FINNS VIP Beach Club.

However, these credits must be used on the day of the reservation, cannot be carried over to future visits, and must be used in full, with no refunds for any unused portion of the reservation fee.

It’s important to note that there is one exception to this rule: if visitors purchase tickets for special events, such as New Year’s Eve parties, the payment is for admission and will not be credited against the minimum spend.

Q: What’s the difference between a VIP bed and a regular bed?

The VIP Beach Club offers exclusive perks and services, including: exclusive menu options, complimentary bottled water, free daily snacks at 3 PM, free lockers, cold towels, sunscreen and facial mist, sunglasses cleaning service, portable charger service, premium high-speed Wi-Fi, surfboard service, and valet parking. All bed reservations include free towels.

Q: Can seven of us book one luxury bed together? Will there be an additional charge?

A luxury bed can accommodate up to 6 people.

For groups of 7-10, we recommend booking either one super luxury bed or two luxury beds side by side.

We strongly recommend booking in advance to ensure seating together.

Q: What does ‘arrive before 1 PM’ mean? Does it mean guests can arrive at any time but must leave by 1 PM, or that they need to arrive before 1 PM but can stay as long as they want?

If guests book ‘arrive before 1 PM’, they must arrive and be seated at their reserved bed before 1 PM. If not, FINNS reserves the right to release the reservation and assign it to other guests.

If this happens, upon arrival, guests will be placed on a waitlist until a bed becomes available. Guests can start a tab and begin using their minimum spend during this time.

If unsure about arriving before 1 PM, we recommend booking ‘arrive anytime’ for complete flexibility. This means the bed will be held until arrival. In either case, guests can stay as long as they wish.

Q: We will be late and unable to arrive before 1 PM. Can you hold our beds for us?

As mentioned, FINNS will release beds at 1 PM. When visitors arrive, they will be placed on a waiting list and can use the minimum consumption at the on-site bar or restaurant until they are assigned a new bed.

Q: What is the difference between ‘Basic’ and ‘Walk In’?

‘Basic’ refers to online reservations, while ‘Walk In’ means visitors arrive directly without a reservation, and bed availability depends on the vacancies at the time of arrival.

Since FINNS can get very busy, if there are no available beds when visitors arrive, they will be placed on a waiting list and can wait in the bar or restaurant area.

It is highly recommended that visitors make a reservation before coming to FINNS to ensure they have a bed upon arrival and to enjoy reservation benefits, including discounted minimum consumption.
