After arriving in Indonesia or Bali, follow these steps to quickly complete your entry process and start enjoying your vacation:
- Disembark
Upon arrival at Bali Airport, follow the instructions to disembark. - Apply/Pay for Visa on Arrival
If you haven’t applied for an electronic visa in advance, your first stop will be the Visa on Arrival (VoA) counter at the airport.

To prevent the spread of infectious diseases such as monkeypox and pneumonia, travelers are required to complete the “Health Declaration (SSHP).”

At the immigration counter, you’ll need to queue to have your passport and visa documents checked. Ensure your passport and visa documents are ready. - Electronic Immigration Service
If you hold an electronic visa, skip step 4 and proceed directly to the “Automatic Immigration Gates,” available at Jakarta International Airport and Bali International Airport.

After completing immigration/automatic immigration, proceed to the baggage claim area to collect your luggage. - Customs Inspection
The final step is passing through customs inspection. Complete the electronic customs declaration (e-CD) in advance and present it to customs officers. Be sure to comply with regulations and avoid carrying prohibited items such as fruits, plants, or excess foreign currency.
